Shipping Policy:

Normal turnaround time is 12-28 business days before shipping due to the high volume of current orders. If it is a PREORDER item, make sure to check the product description for the turnaround time. If you purchase a preorder item along with regular items, they will be shipped together! If you have an order that is out of turnaround time, send us an email and we will give you an update! ​

Return Policy:
No refunds are allowed! Only a store credit refund is accepted or an exchange of equal/lesser value! If the item/s arrive to you damaged or not the correct item/s, I will provide the return label. You have up until 7 days after delivery to return an item/s as long as there is no wear/tear on the item/s and the original packaging is still attached if present. If you are choosing to return an item/s, the shipping is at the customers expensive and also send us an email with the reasoning as to why you're returning the item/s. If you are needing to exchange for a different size, please email us "ak47southernco@gmail.com" with your order number!

Cancellations:
-If you would like to cancel your order/s, you have 24 hours from the time that the order/s was placed to receive a refund back to the original payment method. If it is after 24 hours, a store credit refund will be given.

Other Policies:

Please allow 24-72 business day hours for a response on email. Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays. If your order is in the turnaround time, please advise the turnaround time again before sending an email out. If I receive a chageback from a customer without any communication, your order will be cancelled and refunded and you will not be allowed to order from my brand again.  Email us at ak47southernco@gmail.com for any questions.
